By purchasing and participating in any Astute Fitness program, you hereby declare that you have no known medical conditions or injuries that would impair your ability to engage in the physical activities and training involved in the program.

You understand that it is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional prior to starting any exercise program and to inform the Astute Fitness team of any changes to my medical condition that may occur during the course of the program.

You acknowledge that engaging in physical activities carries inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your participation in Astute Fitness programs.

You release and discharge Astute Fitness, its coaches, trainers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur as a result of your participation in the programs.

You understand the importance of listening to your body, following instructions, and seeking medical advice if needed.

By purchasing and participating in Astute Fitness programs, you affirm that you have read and understood this waiver clause, and I willingly agree to its terms and conditions.
